 As soon as we ship out your order,we will email or direct tell you the tracking #.You can check online.


What is the shipment method?

 EMS is our maily shipment way,but we also accept UPS,DHL or TNT.
But for shipping fee of dhl is expensive,so part shipping fee will be required.

How to track my order after the shipment?
 Track at :www.dhl.com ,www.ems.cn.www.ups.com  etc...

How to solve the problem that if I can't track my order or the delay order till 10 days?
 You only can track your order in 2 business days.if order delay arrival,

Cancellations


Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our online customer service or email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges


Please Contact Us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

Returns


To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. We do accept returns on all unworn new items within 7 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back if the items was not wrong size or not quality issues. Once the item arrives we will refund the money to you through the original method of payment, but will deduct the shipping fee.
We do not cover the shipping cost of return, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping cost of sending the items to you.
